Michael Liner

Michael is an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. His primary area of practice is Social Security disability, while also focusing on workers’ compensation and employment law.

Michael received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2007. He earned his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2010. While in law school, Michael clerked for two large law firms in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. He also gained experience with administrative processes while working as a summer law clerk for the Vice Chair of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington D.C., and later working as a Judicial Extern in the Hearings Unit of the Cleveland Field Office of the EEOC. In law school, Michael served as Captain of the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court Team, as well as a Senior Editor on the Case Western Reserve Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet.

Michael is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He also serves on the National Executive Council of the Tau Epsilon Rho Law Society in the role of National Pledgor.
