Margaret T. Whitmore

Margaret T. Whitmore, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. focuses her practice on workers’ compensation. Prior to joining NRS, Margaret worked in personal injury and estate planning at a small firm in Fairview Park, Ohio. Margaret was an associate who worked on the plaintiff’s side of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents and nursing home negligence. She also created wills, trusts, and estate planning for families from Northeast Ohio. In turn, she handled estate administration in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Country Probate courts.

 

While in law school, Margaret focused her studies on health care law. She was a legal extern in the Compliance & Ethics Department at University Hospitals. She earned a Certificate in Health Law from Cleveland-Marshall’s Center for Health Law & Policy. She also was given a ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in Health Law.

 

Margaret is a resident of Rocky River. In her free time, Margaret enjoys taking as many yoga classes as she can, running, and spending time with her parents and seven siblings.
